Recently had a bird photography trip with Dilip at Thattekad, Kerala…Dilip is an absolute cool person and a gentleman, more like friend. He takes care of his guests well and make sure you will have absolute comfort and oppertunity to take beautiful shots of birds. he has in depth knowledge about photography and I learnt a lot during this tour. Hoping to join him in his upcoming tours next year. It feels awesome to recommend him and his Avian trips…best wishes

Great hospitality, great arrangements! Dilip is personally involved and makes sure the objective of birding and photography is achieved!! Got great tips and knowledge about photography and birds during the entire trip.. would highly recommend Avian trips, if one wants to have a hustle free and memorable experience!

Very friendly, honest and kind. Everybody can birding with Dilip.
Thank You Dilip for your best When We were in India.

We would like to thank Dilip for his dedication and friendship as he guides us on our journey to the northern regions of India in January.

I totally enjoy trekking and also engage in some adventurous sports. Watching and gazing at birds was always something that amazed me right from a young age. Was always in awe of their beauty. However, I would never have thought that bird watching would become such a passion for me.
My photography journey started quite early on with a reel point and shoot camera. The next one was a borrowed Kodak point and shoot. My first digital camera was the Olympus pro-zoom camera and from there the pro and the zoom only kept growing.
I have around 6 years of experience and more than 10 years in trekking. I do mostly Bird and Landscape photography, occasionally I go for Macro Photography.
Hoping to continue exploring this passion of mine in India and in other countries.
